Terms of Service | Vida Nexus

Last Updated: October 2026 | Notice: These terms outline professional service governance for software engineering and performance marketing across Egypt and the GCC.

1. Scope of Engagement

All software engineering, mobile development, UI/UX design, and paid acquisition retainers delivered by Vida Nexus are governed by an agreed technical proposal and Scope of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Upon full financial settlement of contracted milestones, full intellectual property rights, proprietary source code, and custom design assets engineered specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client.

3. Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared business plans, proprietary methodologies, codebase architectures, and commercial metrics as strictly confidential during and following the contract period.

4. Payment Terms & Milestones

Payments are structured around clear sprint milestones. Any scope expansions outside the initial SOW are managed via transparent change requests mutually approved in writing.

5. Technical Warranty & SLA Support

Custom software builds include a defined post-launch stabilization window to rectify functional bugs and verify system resilience under production workloads.

6. Governing Law

These terms and subsequent project contracts are interpreted in accordance with commercial laws applicable in the jurisdiction of agreement execution.
